How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It take 14 working days for your order to be delivered.
Where is my order delivered to?
Our courier will deliver to the address you filled in when you made your order.
How do I change my shipping address?
Click on the “My Account” link at the top of our site. There you can change your address.
How do I track the status of my order?
Click on “My Account” found in the menu or footer. Here you can view your order history and status.
To track your delivery , go to www.fastway.co.za and submit your tracking number.
How do I create an account?
Just proceed with your order, and it will automatically create an account for you when you fill in your details at checkout.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. We do not even see your credit card details, let alone keep them. You are redirected to a secure third party payment gateway.
Where do you ship to?
Our courier ships to most areas within South Africa.

What is your returns policy?
Only bottles with a factory fault will be replaced.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
No. Sold out items automatically hide themselves from the website so you can’t buy them.
Realistically, because we manufacture our bottles locally, and fill them locally, we will never be out of stock for longer than 2 weeks on any of our fragrances, so if you can’t find your favourite from our lists, just keep coming back because it will return in stock within a few days.
